Important: By accessing or using MB-CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. MB-CRM is a subscription-based application.
Subscription-Based Access
Access is granted to individuals and organizations that maintain a valid, active subscription, as well as to authorized Team Members invited under an Administrator's account. Attempting to bypass payment gateways, exploit access controls, or gain unauthorised access to the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable computer misuse laws.
2. Definitions
"Platform" — The MB-CRM application and all its features, APIs, and content.
"Administrator" — A user with full management rights responsible for the subscription and team.
"Team Member" — A user invited by an Administrator with limited permissions.
"Content" — Any data, leads, notes, or files uploaded by users.
3. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when your account is created.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at - Login as a manager and go to Support page to create a new ticket.
Administrators are accountable for all activity performed by their team members.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly per seat via Stripe. Pricing is displayed in the platform.
Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
Applicable taxes (VAT/GST) will be added where legally required.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
Store sensitive regulated data (credit card numbers, government IDs) in lead fields.
Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the platform, its design, and systems are owned by MB-CRM. Content you upload remains your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB-CRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the platform settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days for export, then permanently deleted.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms is conferred upon the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
